Promotional ads are only available to paid members in good standing. Ads, sponsorship or promotions of any kind cannot be purchased by outside companies trying to promote to our group.  

Please adhere to the following guidelines before submitting your ad: 

Website Monthly Ads

• Cost: $20 per month
• Location: Various
• Text Ad: Maximum 140 characters plus url
• Image Ad: 250 pixels wide X 100 pixels high

Email Newsletter Ads: 

• Cost: $10 per distribution 
• Location: Ads appear in the Sidebar 
• Text Ad: Maximum 140 characters (like twitter) plus url
• Image Ad: max size 150 pixels wide X 75 pixels high

Full email announcement email distributions 

• Cost: $55 per distribution
• Location: Main body
• Type of messages: Event information and announcements of any kind.
